To ensure that buying and owning your property remains a pleasure and not a burden, we offer a flexible after sales service to all our customers.

As matter of course we will help you to make the initial arrangements regarding local taxes, gas, water and electricity, insurance, etc.  If you want to renovate or just decorate your property, we can introduce you to reliable local suppliers.
However, if you require on-going or more detailed assistance with the management of your property we will discuss your needs in detail and develop a package to ensure that enjoying your home on the Riviera remains as hassle free as possible at all times.  

We will be happy to look after the many and various aspects of managing your property, for example key-holding, attending management meetings, organising cleaners, responding to official correspondence and paying the utility bills. We can also act as project managers assisting with and overseeing renovation works. Of course you will always able to benefit from our long experience of property management on the Riviera whether you just need a quick word of advice or help to resolve an unexpected problem.
For owners with an eye towards investment, we can also advise on the marketing and management of properties for rent.
